Since 2014 I started playing around with all sorts of ink and related materials and was amazed by the little magical visuals that appeared in front of my eye. It really calmed me down, meditative. I saw landscapes on this micro scale at paper that were kind of similar to macro scaled visuals and atmospheres of the earth. In that I felt a deep connection and started to capture this and made hours and hours of film. I kept on exploring and experimenting by repeating actions and although I can influence a bit of the result, I never know exactly what to expect. That’s surprising me over and over.  In the beginning these 'miracles' seemed to disappear after the movement, but a few months ago I found a way to dry them and save the original work. 

It's a wonderful thing to see these ‘Inkworks' coming together with the beautiful musical pieces of Mumford & Sons and create something specific for them.
